DIVERSITY IN TECH
Public Knowledge released “Diversity in Early-Career Tech Policy Roles: Challenges and Opportunities,” in 2021 to emphasize the need for tech in Diversity. the report was created by Tsion Tesfaye who was the Communications Justice Fellow at Public Knowledge and diversity and technology equity advocate at the time. I designed a layout that would be attractive and approachable to tech Policy advocates and lay people alike so that this important topic could feel accessible to a range of audiences.

INTERNATIONAL GAME DEVELOPERS ASSOCIATION
The International Game Developers Association (IGDA) is the world’s largest nonprofit membership organization serving individuals who create games. As I grew up loving video games, I eagerly collaborated with them to produce a collection of banner graphics for display across their social media platforms. The themes and imagery I applied resonated with my own experiences as well as those I encountered in preliminary visual research. I created colorful designs that featured IGDA's message of inclusivity along with memorable gaming visuals, like the concepts evoking the ESRB rating system and the Nintendo NES Classic Controller.

THE CASE FOR THE DIGITAL PLATFORM ACT
At Public Knowledge in Washington DC, I had the opportunity to collaborate with technology lawyers and communicators on design projects advertising and marketing The Case for the Digital Platform Act. The Case for the Digital Platform Act is a book written by Harold Feld, Senior Vice President at Public Knowledge, guiding policymakers on how the government can sustain competition and empower users in the modern "Big Tech" economy. This project included redesigning the Digital Platform Act website, designing the book cover, creating presentation slides, crafting social media content, and developing projections for book events.
